Key Skills
- Strong math skills, English to metric unit conversion, fraction to decimal conversion, and basic geometry and trigonometry
- Comfortable with computers
- Multi tasking is essential
- Not afraid of electricity
- Strong communication verbal and written
- Ability to work with your hands (mechanical aptitude)
- May have to work on top of or below machines
- Maintenance or machine repair focus significant electrical requirement
- Problem solving, troubleshooting, computer diagnostics and electromechanical aptitude, team environment
- Knowledge of tools: wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, pliers, vice grips, and other hand tools
- Ability to measure using a ruler and/or tape measure, using micrometers, or using other measuring tools is a bonus
