Key Skills
- Strong math skills, English to metric unit conversion, fraction to decimal conversion, and basic geometry and trigonometry
- Comfortable with computers
- Multi tasking is required but attention to detail is essential
- Not afraid of electricity
- Good communication verbal and written
- Ability to work with your hands (some mechanical aptitude)
- May have to work on top of or below machines
- Machine repair focus significant electrical requirement
- Problem solving, troubleshooting, computer diagnostics, and electromechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of tools: wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, pliers, vice grips, and other hand tools
- Ability to measure using a ruler and/or tape measure, using micrometers, or using other measuring tools is a bonus

- Medium level of self confidence, likes to work more independently, likes working with hands, good communication skills
- Likes video games, likes repairing bikes, lawnmowers, Motocross, boats, cars or household items
