The Finger Lakes Youth Apprenticeship Program (FLYAP) is more effectively communicating with educators and the business community by offering information sessions to both parties. The meetings come after FLYAP tripled in growth from year one to year two, then again in year two to year three.
In September, Team FLYAP hosted dozens of educators virtually and at Monroe Community College’s (MCC) Downtown Campus to discuss the importance of youth apprenticeships and opportunities in advanced manufacturing post graduation.
